- Our dispatch lead time is 7 working days for orders that include both ready-to-ship and made-on-order pieces. If you would like the ready-to-ship pieces to be dispatched early, please mention in the NOTES section at checkout.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Returns include exchange of size, style or credit note only.
- COD, returns and exchanges are not possible on customised garments.
In the rare case that you receive damaged goods, please inform us at www.lostinsummer.in within 3 days of receipt of product and we shall begin the refund process immediately.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or garment, please initiate returns on our website through the Returns section within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The piece must be returned with its original tags, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
