Refund policy
In the rare case that you receive damaged goods, please inform us at www.lostinsummer.in within 3 days of receipt of product and we shall begin the refund process immediately.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or garment, please initiate returns on our website through the Returns section within 7 days of receipt of purchase. The piece must be returned with its original tags, unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

Can I cancel my order after placing an order?
Order can be canceled within 12 hours of order placed.
Can I cancel an order after shipped?
An order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange the product?
All our garments are made to order but yes, you can return (against a credit note) or exchange your purchase product within 3 days from the day you have received delivery. Kindly make sure the product is in original condition, price tags, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not be damaged or discarded by the user and should be in the same condition that you received it.
How can I exchange my purchase?
For any exchange kindly email to our customer support team within 24 hours and our executive will be happy to help. We are happy to help with any issues with size and fit. Kindly note that the exchange can be done against the same product/design/color only. . If you wish to exchange your purchase, please initiate returns on our website through the Returns section. Once the product is delivered / returned to us, we will initiate the exchange process. An exchange process will take around 7 to 10 days from the date of receiving the product plus the transit period.
How can I return my purchase?
If you want to return your purchase kindly email to our customer support team within 24 hours and our executive will be happy to help.
For returns no refunds shall be provided. Once the product is delivered / returned to us, we will provide credit against product amount. The credit amount has to be used within 90 days. After which the balance amount will be forfeited.
Once a product is received by us for exchange or returns, a quality check on the returned product will be done. Any product which is worn, washed, used or altered by the customer will not be accepted and no credit will be provided by us against the return and the garment sent for exchanged will be returned back.
SALE FAQ:
All products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund or credit will be provided for the same.
Unless the product has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to accept the product. In such circumstances kindly contact us with images of the defected product . ( Sharing image of the damaged part of the product). Kindly make sure the product is in original condition, price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not be damaged or discarded by the user and should be in the same condition that you received it.
